Charles “Chuck” Henderson

President & CEO

Chuck is the President & CEO of Champion Fire & Security and seeks to guide the company through its growth strategy by leveraging his 20+ years of successful experience in fire, security, life safety, senior management, sales, marketing and technology for world class companies such as Dell, Fujitsu, Viacom, and Omnicom.

Within these organizations, Chuck developed himself and his teams into best-of-breed, solution selling leaders, who think as strategic business partners and collaborate with multiple levels of the organization to drive ROI by placing a greater focus on the customer, managing sales and marketing metrics and fostering a more innovative work environment through difficult change management procedures.

Chuck is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he was a very successful basketball scholar athlete. His hobbies include spending time with family, playing golf and participating in activities at St. Luke “Community” United Methodist Church.

Ken Kruth

Ken Knuth


A background of Midwest values and no nonsense problem solving are an earmark of Chief “Conversion” Officer Ken Knuth.

His ability to identify issues quickly helps in the process of redefining the structure of a company and setting a positive tone for future growth.

Equally important in the makeover of any organization, in his eyes, is to engage the people and help them to understand and feel confident in changes in their workplace by empowerment.  He realizes the safety and trust of the employees is paramount in generating a successful restructure.

Ken’s capacity to improve an organization for both immediate and long term growth stems from skilled and pioneering ways to improve operations.  Throughout his career Ken has focused on productivity, quality, training, and company cultures.

Michelle Long


As a business management expert with over 20 years of hands-on experience leading change, streamlining financial processes and implementing cost control measures.  Michelle has a sophisticated knowledge of accounting, finance, tax and operational issues. She most recently worked as Corporate Controller.

Michelle has an extensive background in real estate services management, accounting, business management.  She has proven being very adept at managing company wide cash flow efforts working directly with C-Suite executives and partners. 

Neal Jenkins

Neal M. Jenkins

Senior Vice President Fire Alarm & Service Operations

Neal Jenkins has over 35 years of experience in the Fire Detection and Alarm Industry. He has held and been active in every position in the fire and security alarm industry; including senior management positions, field sales, installation, and service of alarm systems.

Neal has built two companies of his own, which he eventually sold to Chubb Security, a United Technologies Corporation, where he spent four years and achieved the rank of #1 Senior Sales Director in the country.

He joined Force One in September 2013 as Director of Sales and Marketing for the organization.

After the acquisition in January 2014 Neal was appointed as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with full responsibility for all aspects of the operations.

Prior to joining Force One, Neal served as Senior Sales and Marketing Director for Knight Security Systems for four years leading a team to develop a fire systems and engineering department as well as selling high end IP based security technology systems.

Bryan Moore

Vice President of Company Operations

Bryan has over 20 years experience in sprinkler design and management.  He is responsible for the success of some of Champion’s most complex designs.  He leads company operations, fire protection and sprinkler system design drawings.  He holds a NICET level IV license in sprinkler design (general and domestic) and a State of Texas RMEG license.

Previously, Bryan was an industry executive at Genesis Fire Protection for 10 years in design and management and an entrepreneur running his own fire protection design and engineering review company.

Jose Zagala

Vice President of Field Operations

Jose has 24 years of experience in diverse areas of the Fire Protection Industry. At Champion, he manages the project field teams to ensure project quality, schedule and budget goals are met. Previous employment includes Division Manager at Fire Control Systems, Service and Repair Foreman at Simplex Grinnell and a Fire Sprinkler Technician at Fire Master Corporation
